FAQ
Do you guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No one can: each provider (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail) decides. What we do is remove the most common causes of spam: you send from a well-reputed IP, with your domain authenticated (DKIM, SPF, and DMARC) and bounces and complaints under control. The result is better delivery than from shared hosting or your own server.
How do I get started?
1) Order a plan and enter your domain. 2) We authenticate it: if the domain is on Cloud, DNS is set up automatically and you are ready in about 30 minutes; if it is elsewhere, we give you 3 records to copy. 3) Paste the SMTP details or API key into your system and start sending.
Will it work with my system?
Yes, if your system can send over SMTP or call an API: Odoo, WordPress/WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Laravel, or custom scripts. Use any address on your domain as the sender (for example billing@yourcompany.com).
What happens at the cap?
Sending pauses until the next period and resumes on its own. No overage charges: you always pay the same price. If you need more, pick a bigger plan.
Does QSend replace QEmail?
No. QEmail is people mailboxes (your work email to read and reply). QSend is what your system sends automatically: invoices, alerts, and passwords. Many businesses use both.
