Terms and Conditions — QcoreTCloud

Operator: QCoreT (Dominican Republic)
Platform: cloud.qcoret.com — VPS, domains, hosting and cloud services.

1. Acceptance

By registering or using QcoreTCloud you accept these terms. The client waives its own standard terms. Changes must be agreed in writing with QCoreT.

2. Services

Domain registration, VPS, hosting and related services are provided with professional diligence, without guaranteed results.

3. Billing and payment

• Invoices are due on the stated due date.
• Late payment: 5% penalty and possible suspension.
• Balances unpaid over 60 days may be referred to debt recovery at the client's expense.

4. Taxes

Withholding taxes are the client's responsibility. Invoices are due in full to QCoreT.

5. Acceptable use

Illegal use, spam, network abuse and infrastructure harm are prohibited.

6. Domains and DNS

Accurate WHOIS data and registrar policy compliance. DNS propagation up to 48 hours.

7. Claims

Written notice to QCoreT in Santo Domingo within 8 days of the event.

8. Governing law

Laws of the Dominican Republic.
