<h2>Terms and Conditions — QCoreTCloud</h2> <p><strong>Operator:</strong> QCoreT (Dominican Republic)<br /> <strong>Platform:</strong> <a href="https://cloud.qcoret.com">cloud.qcoret.com</a> — VPS, domains, hosting and cloud services.</p> <h2>1. Acceptance</h2> <p>By registering or using QCoreTCloud you accept these terms. The client waives its own standard terms. Changes must be agreed in writing with QCoreT.</p> <h2>2. Services</h2> <p>Domain registration, VPS, hosting and related services are provided with professional diligence, <strong>without guaranteed results</strong>.</p> <h2>3. Billing and payment</h2> <ul> <li>Invoices are due on the stated due date.</li> <li>Late payment: <strong>5%</strong> penalty and possible <strong>suspension</strong>.</li> <li>Balances unpaid over <strong>60 days</strong> may be referred to debt recovery at the client's expense.</li> </ul> <h2>4. Taxes</h2> <p>Withholding taxes are the client's responsibility. Invoices are due in full to QCoreT.</p> <h2>5. Acceptable use</h2> <p>Illegal use, spam, network abuse and infrastructure harm are prohibited.</p> <h2>6. Domains and DNS</h2> <p>Accurate WHOIS data and registrar policy compliance. DNS propagation up to 48 hours.</p> <h2>7. Claims</h2> <p>Written notice to QCoreT in Santo Domingo within <strong>8 days</strong> of the event.</p> <h2>8. Governing law</h2> <p><strong>Laws of the Dominican Republic</strong>.</p>
