Payments via <strong>Stripe</strong>; we do not store full card numbers.</p> <h2>Use</h2> <p>Service delivery, billing, support, account communications and legal compliance.</p> <h2>Third parties</h2> <p>Registrars, Vultr, Hetzner, IONOS, Stripe, Cloudflare (if selected) and email providers. We do not sell personal data.</p> <h2>Content and artificial intelligence (QContent)</h2> <p>To create your designs, texts, voice-overs and transcripts, QContent sends your prompts, photos, audio and video to these providers, only to deliver the service:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Anthropic (Claude)</strong> and <strong>Google Cloud (Gemini on Vertex AI):</strong> texts, images and voices.</li> <li><strong>Speechmatics:</strong> transcription, translation and subtitles for audio and video.</li> <li><strong>Meta (Facebook and Instagram):</strong> only what you choose to publish to your connected accounts.</li> </ul> <p>Anthropic, Google and Speechmatics do not use your content to train their AI models. What you publish on Facebook or Instagram is subject to Meta's policies. Audio and video files you upload for transcription are deleted from QContent after 7 days; the transcript stays in your account until you delete it. Generated images you don't save, download or publish are also deleted automatically.</p> <h2>Security and rights</h2> <p>Reasonable security measures.
